The Buying Process
1. Arrange a private consultation to ensure the benefits of owning a fractional freehold share at The Village are fully explained to you. This private consultation can take place in the comfort of your own home, at your football club or over the telephone. Our consultant will then become your focal point of contact. Your consultant will advise you of the choices of apartment, the costings and the size of your shared ownership that would meet your requirements. Once you have decided that a fractional ownership best suits your circumstances you would choose a suitable apartment to own and
2. Complete a reservation form and pay a £2,000 deposit.
3. Your reservation is then processed by our specialist administrators who will prepare and send you the purchase documentation and explain its terms. Once you are happy to proceed you will be asked to pay your agreed deposit and return the documentation.
4. If you are taking one of the finance options, at the same time you will be sent the appropriate loan documentation for approval and completion.
5. Your membership to our Exchange Network will then be processed which will enable you to book holiday accommodation whilst you wait for your apartment to be completed.
6. At all times your consultant will be available to you to discuss any aspects of your ownership.
