There is a selection of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and penthouses at The Village available under fractional ownership. Prices start from £29,000 for a Twelfth ownership (with 4 weeks usage). Buyers can purchase as many fractions as they need.

All fractional shares require a reservation deposit of £2,000. If buyers do not require finance, 50% of the fractional price is due upon contract (within approximately 45-60 days) with the balance due at completion.
