How it works

Sporting Fractions is the official fractional partner of The Village at Valle Romano. The company offers fractional ownership in a selection of 1 & 2 bedroom apartment and Penthouses within The Village development overlooking the Championship Golf course.

Fractions are available in either Twelths (enabling owners use 4 weeks a year), Sixths (8 weeks usage) or Quarters (12 weeks usage). The idea is to purchase a fraction for the amount of time you actually intend to use the apartment. When you are not there, the apartments are fully managed and maintained by a contracted company. Running costs and taxes are shared by owners proportionately to the fraction they own.

Allocation of weeks is flexible and Sporting Fractions advisers can discuss the best usage system for your holidaying requirements of you and your family.

When you purchase a fraction at The Village, the property is held and legally owned by a UK company. Your fraction will equate to the proportionate ownership of the properties deeds, as will your usage allowance.

If you want to sell your fraction at any time, you can do so as with a whole ownership property. Your fraction is not affected by any of the other owners and the property is held free of financing so your investment is secure.
