The Village

Sporting Fractions is the official fractional partner of The Village, at the prestigious Valle Romano Resort in Spain. The Village is the only property development linked to the UK’s leading football clubs including Arsenal, Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Bolton Wanderers, Celtic, Derby County, Newcastle United, Rangers, Sunderland, Tottenham Hotspur, West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United.

Sporting Fractions offers apartments at The Village under fractional or shared ownership. Purchase prices and running costs are shared, however, buyers can still use the apartments as mush as they need and also retain a deeded interest in the property. Units are fully furnished and managed and ownership starts at just £29,000. Up to 100% non-status finance is also available to all buyers with deposit of just £2,000 required.

Fractional ownership is not timeshare! The usage flexibility is similar, however, the fundamental difference is that under fractional ownership, buyers own a share in the “bricks and mortar”. As well as having a deeded share in their property, fractional owners at The Village will also be able to use 4,000 other resorts and cruises in our worldwide exchange program.
